Dreideline, the poisonous troll

Trundle's sister is also a cursed troll, who uses a slingshot as her weapon, which means she is ranged. Just as Trundle, her abilities also debuffs the enemy (I read a thread about an anti-support champion, and I got inspired)
Dreideline is a disgusting woman, who is kind of like a forest witch in the way she looks. She poisons enemies with her own stomach acids acids and poisonous daggers.

Passive:
- When an enemy hits Dreideline with normal attacks, his/her damage is reduced by 1.1/1.2/1.3 damage for each 1% HP Dreideline misses.* The debuff lasts for 5/7/9 seconds and it does change along with Dreideline's missing hp (If Dreideline is hit simultaneously by the same enemy, the enemy will have his/her damage will be reduced more and more, as Dreideline loses more and more hp.
*If she misses 30% hp, the enemy's attack damage is reduced by 33/36/39 etc.

Q-ability
Dreideline throws a poisoned dagger at an enemy, dealing 40/70/110/130/160 (+50% of her AD) in physical damage. Furthermore, the poison makes the target's next spell deal 11/13/15/17/19% less damage.

W-ability
- Dreideline hurls(or spits?) at an area in front of her cursing enemies with her stomach acid. The acid lays on the ground for 2.5/3/3.5/4/5 seconds
Enemies caught in the spit has their movement speed slowed by 10/12/14/16/18% and additional 3% for each second they are in the acid. Targets also have their HP regeneration reduced by 10% for each second they stand in the stomach acid. HP regeneration debuff lasts for 3/5/7/9/11 seconds.


E-ability
- Dreideline throws stones simultaneously in front of her for 3 seconds, dealing 30/50/70/90/110(+40%AP) pr. stone (max 2 stones pr. target) and reducing the targets armor and magic resistance with 5/7/9/11/13% for 2/2.5/3 seconds pr. stone.

R-ability - Ultimate
- Dreideline calls upon the power of the nature, to help her in combat.

Toggle on:
In an area around Dreideline enemy champions are slowed for 7/11/15% and take 20/25/30 true damage pr. second and each 3.75 second a random enemy champion in the area is silenced for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds and have their magic damage reduced by 7/12/17% for 3 seconds.
Range 650/700/750 around Dreideline.

Recommended items:
Manamune, Malady, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Aegis of the legion, Trinity Force, Frozen Heart, Banshee's Veil.

This is actually a really cool idea in my opinion xD
The ulti is pretty nice, but you might want it to be each 3.5 or 4 second, since it silences for almost 3 seconds. That means, that if unlucky an enemy champion can be silenced for a long if, if you chase him/her with your ulti.

I agree that each 3 secons was too often. I've changed it to 3.75.
Then the enemy have some time to defend themselves.

Interesting. A ranged trundle. Scale the Q much higher. I would say at least 75%. I also think the ult should do damage.

I was just afraid that it might get unbalanced if she did too much damage, while still being able to debuff the enemy team.
How much damage do you think the ulti should do?

I have changed it a bit, so the ulti also deals damage and the Q scales more on AD :)

You should change her W to inflict healing reduction at a much higher rate. 5% won't stop the likes of Mundo.

Maybe increase the damage on her Q slightly, and also increase the debuff from that slightly as well.

The ultimate is quite weak. 23 true damage per second really is insubstantial in big fights, especially for an ultimate. Increase the damage on that slightly and you're set.

Pretty balanced overall, and a very nice fit into the "debuff" category.
