look it can ult and stun itself in the middle of the enemy team and then get melted instantly
the ult is terrible if you dont hit all 5 champions with it and if say caitlyn is far enough back she can just melt you while her teammates are stunned
your "unique" leveling system is also bad since you can only level up your Q skill (which is meh this champion just sounds like a stun bot that youre supposed to build pure tank on) and you can level up your ult 5 times so every 3-4 levels youd get to rank it up so by level 3 or 4 youll have your ult that takes away half of your hp so if you play in a lane and use it BAM you get ganked while youre stunned and die, or if youre in jungle you get ganked and killed, if anyone has tenacity they get unstunned first and kill you, if anyone is ranged they get unstunned the same time as you and kill your half hp'd self because you used everything you have but your spammable Q which is going to be weak since i assume this champion would work as a tank, if you played him ap he would just die instantly

Electrode / Voltorb
Electrode / Voltorb has a very unique system. He only has 2 abilities, the rest of his set he uses to control himself. He has a special movement system. Instead of other champs which walk, he rolls. Rolling champs can speed themself up until a cap, but this makes them harder to control, because they are permanently roll. He can also slow down. After ranking his ultimate to lvl 3, Voltorb will morph into Electrode, which makes him overall bigger and he looks different.

Electrode / Voltorb has double energy regen. Electrode / Voltorb ignores unit collision with everyone except champions.
Q: Electro Ball
Passive: If Electrode / Voltorb collides with an enemy champion, he looses 1/2 of his current movement speed. Based on his movement speed while he hitted them, it deals magic damage to the enemies. Also slows the enemys by 50% for 3 seconds.
Active: Electrode / Voltorb fires an electro ball onto his enemy, dealing magic damage. After casting this spell the 3. time on the same enemy, the enemy gets stunned for 1 second.
Has 13 levels, can be ranked up at every level.
Energy Cost: 100 Cooldown: 3 seconds Range: 700
W: Speedup
Used to speed Electrode / Voltorb up
E: Slowdown
Used to slow Electrode / Voltorb down
R: Final Explosion
Passive: Every rank increases Electrode's / Voltorb's maximum movement Speed.
Active: After channeling for 2 seconds, in which enemy's hear "Electrode" or "Voltorb", Electrode / Voltorb explodes and looses 1/2 HP and stuns himself for 1 second. All enemies (global) get hit by magic damage and are surpressed for 1 second. Can't be blocked.
Has 5 levels. Can be upgraded at specific times.
Energy Cost: 200 Cooldown: 100 seconds
