Frozen Heart, Good item for AP squishy against...

[/quote] No. Fiddle has channeled abilities, and as such doesn't gain a lot from CDR. But he does get a lot from items like Abyssal Scepter and Zhonya's Hourglass (high ap, with resists) as well as stuff like Crystal Scepter or Rod of Ages.[/quote]
