Frozen heart vs. Randuin's Omen: thoughts?

[/quote] Looks like Luther beat me to it for the passive. And he does need a large mana pool for extended teamfights. Besides, the slow on Randuin's is only a couple of seconds, and even if it is much better, FH has a constant effect good for someone who needs to run among the opposite team to do some damage.[/quote]
