Entropy from the other maps. It actually gives good AD and allows you to trade, even better with the true damage. The only problem is, I can't see why tanky guys should use this because with that low defense.

How about that this item also reduces the range the enemy got on jumps and blinks, this way, you could use the item to prevent flashes over wall and other stupid things.

I mainly build Fmal on ADC as a 6th item if the enemy doesn't have hard initiation combo, the raw health and slow is more effective when the enemy bruiser or ap carry is already crazy ham with their penetration. Still not a very good item, but I look forward to a change.

I only get it if I'm (really) ahead as an ADC and feel I can skip the survival item, or basically will attempt to use it on AA reliant bruisers that have poor gap-closers ( Fiora, for ex)

I guess Riot went derp after Phage/Tri rework into MS.
Since you could actually now build Tri AND FroMal in order to get even better at chasing down somebody in a movement driven Meta.
The ONLY champ I can really imagine it on in some ways would be Olaf.
But otherwise you can't be bothered. If you play AD Bruiser and need some damage you build Tri and Randuin's/Sunfire for the extra HP.

Not even Olaf should build it. It's just too expensive. If he still had the W scaling with HP then MAYBE, just maybe.
Possible solutions:
- More AD.
- Less cost.
- Make passive a more powerful active.
- Dump it in the trash together with Runaan's Hurricane where it belongs.

Also, getting the mallet doesn't help you win trades at all. Low amounts of AD on the item, and just health instead of any real resists. I don't feel like you could really make it a great, or decent item, with any small tweaks.
