Maokai he can't even utilize

What I would like to see would be a tanky AD version of
Rylai's Crystal Scepter, that would be fun :D. Tho,
Randuin's Omen exists already for that and
Frozen Mallet just sucks (maybe change
Frozen Mallet so it works with 40% for auto attacks, 30% for single target physical damage spells and 15% for multi target physical damage spells)

I believe this would help his late game a lot. He could actually be able to get to the back lines with the first 4 seconds with the CC immunity. This also mean that the enemy has burned all their CC on
