Okay HeAt, Wit's End.
The 'mana destruction' part of it is almost ignorable. How many times are you going to get consistent auto attacks on a champion with such a low mana pool for it to be worthwhile? These champions are usually either squishy (they're dead before their mana is effected) or tanks; great, you're focusing the tank.
The damage is magic damage, and therefore affected by magic resistance, in turn making the damage somewhat pathetic. The only real benefits of it are attack speed and magic resistance. The attack speed is only worthwhile on a champion like Xin Zhao because he needs the AS buff, but why not just grab a Madred's instead? It gives armor and also does magic damage, but rips apart tanks as much as it does squishies.
Hardly any other champions need the AS as you would be spending more time kiting than standing there mindlessly auto attacking. Which is why IE + LW is such a great combo.
Wit's End is not a good choice for item unless you are playing Xin imo.

Wits end is a bad choice? Again, teemo (does more dmg than bloodrazor and rapes mana), warwick, same deal but with MR, TF, same deal. Seriously, its great on many heroes, also situational. A wits end can completely counter champs like viegar or kassadin. Heroes who need mana, 10 auto attacks later, using the regular mana they would use, get torched by the mana theyve lost. If a kassadin were to fight with the mana required to escape in mind, wits end would render his mana to 0, but he would think he had mana.. Its a really complicated item.
You have to think price too. Wits end is like 2.1k, Bloodrazor is about 3.7, and wits end has almost equally as good stats minus the AD, does some more early game damage, shreds mana, and provides early game MR to shut down AP carries until they build some MR (providing you run MR glyphs)

I'd like to know your rationale for the placement of 
Sunfire Aegis and Nashor's Tooth. I personally think sunfire cape is an item worthy of the legendary tier, while nashor's is worthy of the advance tier.

I posted asking if people wanted to see an item tier list, and i made it. Btw sunfire is so low because though it is a good amount of health, the passive is next to negligible and the armor is lackluster. You're better off going with randuins, which also has a chance to slow 5people, give you more armor, and even some HP regen.

I think people should come together and make an item tier list, if we are going to have one at all. It would make it much more accurate.
