I tried playing Kog with a Jungle rune page(with few changes), giving 25% AS, whathever about the yellows and blue (was flat armor and mr/lvl) It actually was pretty efficient and I think changing the blue for some CRD would allow you to litteraly skip Nashor. Someone said he was replacing Malady for Nashor late game which would be the way to go with this rune page (assuming you also use 9/0/21). You can then build your Malady/Madred's normaly, but it also gives you the possibility to get something else than Zerker's (Lucidity, Mercs...)
EDIT: On topic, I strongly feel you do not need 40% CDR, although it is pleasant. CDR items cost a LOT compared to what else they give, and I am pretty sure there are better choices. Having around 15%+ ensures you are up for every skirmish and should be enough. Not to mention you will most likely get blue buff sometimes.

I was considering AS marks but you kinda wanna go for magic pen just to improve your early game damage. With zerkers you're set anyway.
Current build I'm experimenting with is boots into 1 or 2 Doran's Blades into Bloodrazor, and I've been screwing around a bit with Triforce and results are promising.

I'd probably go merc with AS marks instead of zerk+MrP.
