This should make the mastery viable for no mana or low mana type champs.

Again I changed more around. Now Sage and Mercenary require 2 points, Perseverance has been split into Perseverance and Perseverence for manaregen and hpregen into T2 utility and defense. And I reintroduced the missed Strength of Spirit .
