A better idea would be for you to play Counter Strike =) Has nothing to do with LoL but it seems like you want to take away LoL from, well, LoL.

SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT for LoL in terms of removing, would be removing flash...

"Oh I'm out of position, oh **** if I die it will cost us the game, oh but oh wait I have a flash. Better Flash over the wall, then come back with my ult. I did stupid things but Flash gave me the victory that I don't deserve"
