What's great about Annie? Basically you can ensure getting all the last hits with your Q and you'll never run out of mana. You can Q+W for 1/3 of a squishy's health at level 2. You have crazy zoning potential. At level 6 you can drop an Ashe from full to zero with your full combo and Ignite. Junglers are terrified to gank you because there's just as much of a chance that you'll just turn to them as soon as they appear and instantly destroy them, especially because most junglers are level 4 or 5 by the time you're 6.
No, Morgana is more a support tank.

Not at ALL.
Much less sustained damage, and you need to land your skillshot...Orianna and Lux have insane burst, and AoE at that, great in fights, all Morgana has is her easily dodgable damage per tick, AoE stun with okay damage, and skillshot that is easy to not hit someone or who you want in teamfights.

I play Zilean and morgana Support, so they don't count -_-
I know you're almost all gonna say Annie, but honestly, why? This isn't me hating on her, it's just I have negligible experience with her. What's great about her?
Playing devil's advocate is my favorite thing in the world, so I'm leaning towards Ryze. I have marginal experience with both, but more with Ryze. Dissuade me or encourage me.
