It's hardly competitive with BC imo. It's really not hard to build up your 3 stacks to completely dominate what ArP LW would give you.

LW improves poking abilities like Volley/Piltover Peacemaker/Mystic Shot SUBSTANTIALLY. TBC does not.
LW costs much less than TBC meaning you can get LW and a Zeal for ABOUT the same price as TBC.
TBC requires sustained DPS on one target to be effective while in a teamfight you're more likely to be kiting around, hitting whoever you can.

Very, very wrong..
The gold difference is 575gold. Zeal is 1195; more than double.
These are the major differences:
- LW deals more damage on physical abilities(especially poke).
- TBC has better sustained DPS.
