That's... being lost. Just as Warmog's Armor is not equivalent to Bloodthirster, the Mana Drain is not equal to Mp5.

This won't change too much. If people end up buying the reaver, then it'll be because of the armour pen and not because of the mana passive. Almost no AD caster has single-target spells, so I don't know why that clause was added.

Don't bother, I have a PBE account and its useless. Riot never listens to suggestions anyways. If they did, Ohmwrecker and Essence Reaver wouldn't be the items they are now.
