Cooldown is maxed at 40%. If you buy any CD over that, it will not apply. So if you buy 15% + 15% + 20%, instead of 50% you'll still get 40%.
Attack Speed depends on basic attack speed. Highest attack speed you can have is 2.5 attacks per seconds, how many % is that, depends on your champion.
Lifesteal has no limit. You can have more than 100% lifesteal if you want. Same goes for spellvamp. But you have to consider that there are unique passive which do not stack.

If you want to have 40% cdr you need to take your masteries into account. If you have 6% cdr from masterie i.e. you will need 34% from items/runes to reach 40%.

This is correct, it is possible to go over 100% with SV/LS.
Attack Speed is hard capped at 2.5 attacks per second.

You're mostly right, but they also get about 50% from leveling. So that should probably be deducted.

What are the max % for those stats? :
- Attack speed
- Critical Chance (I guess 100% is the max)
- Life steal
- Spell vamp
- Cooldown reduction
I would like to know also if the Masteries points are taken into account in the mobafire stats block. It doesn't seem so, contrary to the runes and items. If that is the case, does that mean that I need to deduce the max % to take into account the boost given by the Masteries?
Exemple: Lets say the max % for cooldown is 20%. I want to make a build with the offensive page and to use Sorcery (4% cooldown). Then if the Masteries are not taken, I need to choose items and runes to not overpass 16% of cooldown reduction, since 4% from the masteries will then be applied. Is that how it work or the Masteries and applied even if the max % is reach. Then, in this exemple, a player who use the Offensive page could go technicaly up to 24% in cooldown for his maximum %. Is that correct? Is that how it works?
