Good Idea
Most APs have nice clearing, but lack sustain and durability. Instead of having this item have sometime to deal more damage, but just give APs a short shield when being hit by creeps.

that is an ***TON of % spell pen. that combined with 10% from masteries, who needs void staff?
Considering there's like, 2 ap junglers right now, fid (clears with drain, not auto attacks) and diana (clears fast enough already) I don't understand why this item is necessary. It might make a couple mages more viable in the jungle, but is that necessary? Diana does WAY better in lane than in the jungle, even if this item existed, and fiddle would do WAY BETTER in the jungle than in lane. it has nothing to do with items, it has to do with their kits.
Kat could jungle with this item, potentially, but would it be better than laning with kat? the answer is no.

i played jungle karma in a bot game :D didnt even lose but i dunno if this item would help considering i did terrible that game...just wanted to point out i did it and i dont think this item would have made it easier
