Rengar Theory Crafting

As well if they reduce his cool downs in general he'll actually be able to fight people when his abilities aren't up. They could also reduce the CD on his ultimate, honestly the fact that all it does is stealth you/reveal enemies and generate ferocity is basically useless outside of small skirmishes/ganks, or after a fight he comes in to pick someone off.[/quote]
