Hexdrinker that you can activate.

meaning you could block 2 spells in sequence

That is what I am getting from this concept, as one of the spell shields are their own and one would be the item's. It would probably be implemented with something along the lines of ordering what spell shields get used first.

My opinion on what would happen is when Banshee's Veil takes a hit, the active of RS goes on cooldown. Either way, from what people have said, it's not viable.

This would allow skilled players to choose what spells they wanted to block. It would be much much much harder to time right, but if done correctly, could be very effective.
