Reworked lifestream to be more of a mana relenisher than heal so 2 heals wont be that OP. Changed how the CD on the Q works so that there is always a CD but less of one if you alternate. Also gave beserk an ally cast to buff them but silence them. Increased the CD to compensate.

Also buffed the Q's ap ratio quite a bit but decreased the offensive ratio to compensate.

Seems like a pretty good champ idea, but the new ''berserk'' concept (on an ally) can make you unexpectedly silence a teammate when the teammate in question might not want the ''buff''.....
