Junglers really have never needed the EXP mastery, that was all just in the heads of the players anyway.
But yes exp in jungle will supposedly be buffed.

You never did main a jungler did you Duff? ^^
How much difference the EXP mastery gave was tremendous - it's what have made jungling into the "profession" it is, figuring out how to keep up with your solo lanes while still having time to gank, counter jungle, roam and all that while not being too easily counter jungled yourself ^^
