If you really wanna be mean, get a Blade of the Ruined King on top of that.

Just sharing this out here. Irelia + Trinity Force is really good after the patch :)

Yep. It's rather stupid at the moment. Just a Phage makes you so scary whenever the enemy minions are close to your enemy laner... lol
