Well, #1, how are you using him? Is he the mid, or support?
With that question answered, the next step is to realize: It doesn't really matter either way. The quints could be far better spent on either ap quints, gp10 quints, or movespeed quints. And the points in awareness are ok at best. His passive is a nice perk, but IMO not game changing. And stacking more exp boosters on him will not make his passive stronger for everyone else. If it did, then yeah this might be a viable theory, but since it doesn't, it isn't. Maybe that was your general idea?

i sorry i didnt phrase this right the masteries and the quints would be on the other champs not zilean they could either be on just one champ or the whole team

So you are asking your entire team to give up their quints for exp just to boost the zilean effect? No. Just no. The %exp wouldnt make enough of a difference to get them to a higher level fast enough to make up for the lack of their ad/ap/speed/whateverelse kind of quints they NEED for early game. Now if each of the quints gave an extra 10% sure. Viable theory. But not at the measly 2%.

i mean it ads up to 19% as long as they played it safe for a little while they could easily gain a high level advantage and that equals fear and fear and a level advantage equal kills i know it has flaws but it could be interesting
