All you need for warwick is a wit's end and wriggles to deal damage. Past that, maybe a madred's bloodrazor as a final item, or maybe a sunfire cape. It's all situational.

I generally build zerker greaves, spirit visage, and bloodrazor and then the rest is tanky items. That's all you really need for damage since bloodrazor seriously ramps up the damage on his ult, 5 nonexistant autoattacks turns into 20% of their health.
Although a WW that stacks up on AS and lifesteal can solo baron, so that's pretty legit.
