The increased lifesteal is useful, but nowhere near the power that Wriggles had last patch. The proc was useful for laners simply because you would get 100+ heals very easily and could basically heal back to full health in a matter of seconds in lane while not missing out on farm. Wriggles is still a great item, but it's not AS overpowered for laners anymore.





I liked it better before, but I still get it on almost every jungler except for WW and Nunu.

The lifesteal proc was overpowered plain and simple. Any jungler could heal from pretty much no health to full off a creep camp. They fixed this and gave it some better stats for teamfighting. It's still not as good as it was.
It was nerfed so that it's no longer a staple item on laning AD champions. However, it's still a phenomenal item for junglers.
it nerf weak junglers , on udyr for example i dont see any difference while jungling ... but i think picking a wriggle on champions like eve poppy etc to clean jungle wont work anymore (dont tried it yet but it was not enought to stay full life before)

I don't think the nerf was all that big either. Even though the intention was to make it weaker for laning AD champs, I still think it's a great item on ranged AD champs like Ezreal and Teemo. While we can no longer insta heal up with wriggles proc, it still gives us amazing lane staying powers(armor/LS) and makes farming(wriggles proc)/last hitting(+23 extra AD) exceptionally easy. It hardly feels different from the old wriggles at all.

You now get loads less health from pushing. Every time you proc the 500dmg you lose a potential amount of health you won't be getting just because the minion dies.

People are all up in arms about how you can't regain more health from the proc + lifesteal now that it's been changed to magic damage. Well honestly, a) the proc was only useful for junglers and b) you sacrifice very little early game utility for much better late game utility. Almost all junglers have some sort of lifesteal/spellvamp already built in, and for those 18% will help them more then 14% with a gigantic proc anyways. It massively helps Teemo now while he's in the lane, Fid, Amu, Yi, Tryn, and Trundle are all unchanged by the patch, while WW, Udyr, Xin and Olaf are actually faster now.
