WoTA + Hextech Revolver = Too OP on Vlad?

[/quote] WoTA gives 80 AP total, so it's not bad damage as a first item. After the nerf on revolver it does help Vlad a lot to just finish it first. Having an additional revolver would give OP sustain, but you probably want to go straight for your death cap after WotA just simply because the second revolver will be less valuable late game compared to other items.[/quote]
