Ya, not on tanks, but I will often see Janna carrying it (on streams of course, people in my elo would never think of such a thing) when they have a vlad on their team who decides to go hextech revolver. It makes Vlad even more irritating. :<

no, spellvamp works 100% with dots. but as its an aoe dot it is only 33%
