I get it the other way.
Put a Vlad in your team.
Have a free Spell Vamp for all of your comrades.
5 AP just became too viable.

I'm quite sad spellvamp doesn't work with Teemo's poison D:

WoTa would probably be good on Shen considering he (could) go ap and have super heals with his vorpal too.
