increase the scaling of R to 50%. almost no one, let alone an ad hitter, can reach 1000 ad (except of course malph, he can get 1000 ad+). so let say you can reach up to 500 ad (meaning pure offense no defense) you would be dealing only 350 true damage at level 16 with that stat while cho gath can deal 350 true damage at lvl 6 if he is fed, and darius can deal 320 max amount at around lvl 7.
so in a real game kitty cat executioner will have about around 300 ad at 18 (ofc with balanced item set) so with the old scaling he could do around 190 true damage while if you have 50% he would deal around 250 dmg.
also i really love looking in the champs and item idea cause it is fun to see what other people would want to add in the game ^^ the point of doing this is to have fun :D
