Gold Seals?

If people use gold quints on their support pages, why not gold seals as well?

Because 13 armor is more important than 2 gold/10sec.

Supports have stupidly low base armor. You can't play supports without armor seals.

Well in S2 pros used GP10 seals frequently but the ambient gold gain went up and now there's sightstone so the impact of that 2.25 gp10 isn't as big anymore. You're now a lot better off with armour. Especially when you're playing Sona the minion.

Some professionals even run armor marks.

Hi guys ,

I normally play heavy agressive support and my runes are:
-Magic Pen. Red
-Armor Yellow
-MR/MR p lvl Blue
-Movm. Quins

Why i really love this.

-Magic pen allows you to do some serious dmg , so they will be scary of you.
-Armor Yellow : I want 2 be resistant against their carry , so they will not focus me <3.
-MR : Their sup will do mostly ap dmg , so good against them.
What means you are resistend early against AD + SUP , what means you normally have a easy time early.

I also run movm quins, why?
Because i really love them , going in and out trades i love that. It also helps if you have 2 ward a lot over the map.(that why i normally run boots of mobility combined with my quins is very nice).
Why not GP10?
Well , as i said i am a very agressive support , so i will normally win my lane by it. That results in kills for carry --> your assist money --> No gp 10 quins need --> because you can buy GP10 item early
