League of Legends (LoL) Question: Can someone tell me the best runes for orianna on this last season?

Try this:

Definitely run summon aery as your keystone. First minor can be any of the three, but ultimate hat can be devastating late game, especially with an ult that game changing.I'd run transcendence 2nd, and either scorch or gathering storm third.
For second set, I'd run inspiration: stopwatch if you plan on buying zhonya's (biscuit otherwise) and cosmic insight.

Summon Aery is good, as she damages and has a shield (Sorcery Tree)
