Concerning Poppy
The main reason everyone provides for why Poppy is not viable is due to the fact that she can't survive laning phase.
Can anyone give me more detail on this?
What exactly makes her too weak to lane?

almost no burst dmg when not wall stunning
melee range
not much possibilities to close the gap besides the E (which isnt rlly relieable either cause it pushes the opponent away)
Pros are that she can trade very well with her %dmg and her W which gives her a lot of trading relevant stats
also her late game teamfight kit is insanely strong but because of her weak early game she doesnt get played at all..
imo she has a lot of potential tho
Her laning isn't weak as long as you have mana, but any time before Sheen/Glacial/some other stuff you have to play really conservatively, which actually if anyone bothered to learn Poppy will realize that it's not hard.

3) Very item-reliant
The competitive scene is heavily oriented around abusing the early game and creating advantages. Poppy just lets people abuse everything.
In soloq tho she's viable. just one of the weaker champs. (everythings viable in soloq)
