Dealing with Fed ADC's and Peel as a tank/bruiser

Lost a game today as
Aatrox jungle. I was 9/0 at a certain point, but couldn't carry because of a Twitch adc who got fed and got loads of peel from his team, including Vi, Twisted Fate and most important: Taric. And with World Ender only reviving after getting a kill, fighting them with Taric's ult felt really hard.
It's a problem I have encountered a lot. Focus ADC, get kited and CC'ed and die anyway. Teamfighting is really hard then. And in low elo, people group a lot as 5. When your team doesn't split, you gotta group along instead of splitting yourself, or any objective is free for the enemy team.
Any tips on how to play in such situations? And camping bot the whole game leaves the other side of the map too vulnerable.

You can't really do much against a fed adc, much less a Twitch or a Ezreal. Even playing assassins such as Kha'Zix or Ekko I can't often kill them with a teamcomp like that. The best thing to do is to stop them early. Repeat gank bot (depending on your bot lane) and stomp. Otherwise, focus the Vi if and when she engages, and pick off their toplaner. Push sidewaves and split, because your team will lose anyways against that comp. They have good pick, good aoe, cc, and peel, so you should not teamfight at all. You will lose 5v5 or 5v4 regardless. Splitting is better because you can exert pressure, and at low elos 2-3 people will back to stop you rather than keep pushing.
