    Is double morello still worth it

    The price isn't as cheap as it used to be, but achieving 40% cdr has become considerably harder. Would it be worth to buy two Morellonomicons?

    Short answer: No.

    It's still probably the easiest to stack item out there, but even then there are better items to get after you got Morello. Also, since Frost Queen's Claim mid is a thing, getting to 40% CDR is not that hard. You can always get 10% CDR from runes and any 10% CDR item.

    Doubt it. I'm pretty sure there's no reason to not build Morellonomicon + Frost Queen's Claim instead.

    That said, I don't think that there's any champion that really needs that much mana regen, leaving that as an unviable option as well

    "Having to build frostqueen" isn't a good detriment, since the alternative you're suggesting is to waste stats on a 2nd decent item when you could buy FQC which is really strong.

    Well more like 40% cdr without having to build frostqueen + 10% runes rather than the mana regen
