Is Fiora jungle's viable?

Just wanted to know because she had a stun, slows and a lot of burst but I don't know if this is enough for making her a jungler..

unless you get a smiteless leash on gromp or golems you wont be able to kill blue or red after so i dont think she is viable in the jungle yet
