[25.16] Camille Jungle

Early game pathing & clearing
Early game will make or break your game. Camille will fall behind HARD if you make a mistake before first item.

Start of game:
Cover your red level 1, and move to blue at 1:10. Ask your mid laner for a late ward on enemy raptors to know where he starts. Save your own ward for defense when you're taking red.

Pathing:
Start Blue > Gromp (smite) > Wolves. If your mid laner has traded and/or is being pushed in, look for a level 3 gank for first blood or to burn enemy mid laner's flash. DO NOT FORCE THIS, most cases just finish your first full clear - Raptors > Red (smite) > Krugs and look for scuttle. You will not be healthy or fast enough to contest scuttle so If enemy jungle is mirroring your clear, do not show, immediately recall for double long sword + sweepers (700g) and contest the other scuttle. If enemy is on the other side, take scuttle and look for mid or side lane gank. If the gank is sucessful, you'll have tiamat (1200g) or double long sword + boots (1000g) first back.

Clearing:
Camille's lack of AOE and slow attack speed is an issue, so her clearing is pretty slow until you get Tiamat. When you do get Tiamat it gets easier but still hard. Keeping this in mind, you need to perfect your AA cancels with your (Q), as well as use your (W) and (E) abilities on cooldown to make up for this.

Remember that your (W) ability deals extra max health damage which is useful for tanky camps (gromp, red, blue) and very useful for all epic monsters.
General Jungling
Ganking:
Balance farmning and ganking properly, making sure you don't waste time on unsucessful ganks when you could be getting a lot more value from taking camps.
Your (E) is one of the most broken gap closers in the game. Always sweep before ganking, if warded engage with (E). If not warded, walk up first (W)>(Q) for ms (+ Approach Velocity ms), then as they run away and are slowed you can (E)>(Q2) and ult if your teammates still need time to catch up or if they are healthy and you need more time to kill them.

You lack a lot of damage in the early game, you will never be able to 100 to 0 someone until both core items. Keep this in mind against self-sustaining bruiser champs who have a lot of outplay potential (Darius, Voli, Aatrox, Renekton..).

Generally:
Strongside a lane and cycle your camps properly according to the strong lane. Do not completely ignore your weakside. Camille excels in counterganks, be mindful of who is getting camped and hover them for a potential countergank.

Playing Camille in the jungle will test your fog of war knowledge. You need to know where the enemy jungler is at all times as you are incredibly vulnerable to invades. If you know you are getting invaded spam ping in hopes of someone moving, if they don't, you unfortunately give your camp or try to outsmite and (E) away. This changes completely once you have Hydra, you will be able to 1v1 pretty much any jungler in your own jungle IF you intiate the fight and proc first strike. Do not invade unless their jungler is dead, is on the other side of the map or you are strong enough for a potential 2v1.
Team fights
5v5:
Your role and positioning in a teamfight is like that of an assasin. If you have engage teammates, such as rell or naut you let them initiate and you will focus on their backline, aim for squishy champions who you can quickly 1 tap. Unlike an assasin, you do not need to run away right after, you focus on whoever is closest/lowest/most targeted by your team. You have a lot of survivability with triumph, hydra lifesteal, as well as passive, eclipse and steraks shielding.

If your team lacks engage, and are mostly composed of backline, this becomes a lot harder. You will have to initiate the fight first and play front to back, protecting your backline. In these unideal team comps it is always better to look for a pick in the jungle (it does not matter who you kill), as you will have numbers advantage for objectives.

Do not mindlessly engage in every situation, make sure you are aware of all the enemies positions on the map before looking for kills. If you engage and your teammates are unable to follow fast enough, you will be targeted by many people, CCD and die pretty fast if you don't have steraks.
Conclusion
Thank you for getting this far!

Camille fits the Jungle role incredibly well with her entire kit fit around mobility, her gank and outplay potential with her abilities make her very dangerous if under the radar. She is a hidden gem of a pick in the Jungle, not only being immensely fun but also very strong, and you can absolutely hypercarry the game with a lead. The only drawback being it's quite difficult to pull of due to mistakes being very punsishing, you can easily fall behind since her clear is weak and it's tough to recover.

I reached masters playing her solely in the jungle, and enjoyed (most) of it.
I hope this guide was helpful in any way, If you like playing camille and the jungle role, I heavily recommend giving it a go!
