Is Tahm Getting Nerfs?

I heard a rumour that our favourite catfish is getting some nerfs does anyone have info to confirm it?

He has some small nerfs on the PBE right now, yes.

Riot is clearly tired of his ability to save allies, which is totally understandable, but sadly I'm not seeing him get much compensation for that, they even nerfed the %HP damage on his W in previous patches which sounded really out of place...

but isn't it the special tool for him as a support?

Yes, that's why he gets to keep it, but it got huge nerfs over the past patches because "get out of jail free" cards aren't very healthy for the game. Now that TK is slowed while eating an ally, and exit range is reduced, it has more counterplay.
