Before the 3.6 patch, i was starting with 9 health potions and 2 wards. But now you can buy 5 health potions, so what should i do?

Use it to counterward if you see your enemy chuck down a ward somewhere. This way you get 25 gold, they lose 75g, and you now know for sure they have no ward there, which lets your jungler camp in a side bush and know that the enemy has no vision of him.

Alternatively just throw it down when shrouds or something.

Thanks! But i still have a question, where to put vision ward? Jungle, river or side-bushes?

I use a simalar build. I use 5 healthpots+4 sight wards. I use the build above when fighting stealthed champs (Such as akali, as noted above) or they have a jungler such as shaco.
