Lee Sin CDR Question
So, what's the optimal amount of Cooldown Reduction to get on 
Lee Sin? I know most will straight out just say 40% because the higher the CD, the more the spam, but what I've noticed is that the more you spam, the less Energy you have all around & you can spam too fast leaving you auto attacking. So I was wondering if there was a prefered CDR Amount to balance out the Energy Bar w/o having to purchase Greater Seal of Energy Regeneration or Greater Seals of Energy, so you can throw out at a steady pace w/o having to either micromanage it or lose too much for your autos to give back?

Back to OT. CDR is good because it gives you more freedom to make one and a half rotation of spells in a shorter period of time (you must use your passive properly though). Namely, doing two

Basically, CDR is useful. The only "downside" of it is if you actually try to spam spells mindlessly.
