League of Legends (LoL) Question: Lee Sin CDR Question

    Lee Sin CDR Question

So, what's the optimal amount of Cooldown Reduction to get on Lee Sin? I know most will straight out just say 40% because the higher the CD, the more the spam, but what I've noticed is that the more you spam, the less Energy you have all around & you can spam too fast leaving you auto attacking. So I was wondering if there was a prefered CDR Amount to balance out the Energy Bar w/o having to purchase Greater Seal of Energy Regeneration or Greater Seals of Energy, so you can throw out at a steady pace w/o having to either micromanage it or lose too much for your autos to give back?

AFAIK, seals/quints of energy/energy regen have NEVER been worth it in the entire history of League. Just don't buy them unless you feel like trolling yourself for some reason.

Back to OT. CDR is good because it gives you more freedom to make one and a half rotation of spells in a shorter period of time (you must use your passive properly though). Namely, doing two Sonic Wave / Resonating Strikes in as quick a succession as possible. It's not as great of a stat as in, say, Nasus or Katarina, but it's certainly useful. Also, the ult is resourceless.

tl;dr: if you want to play Lee Sin well, you must learn to manage your energy instead of spamming spells as soon as they're off cooldown.

Yeah, I kinda missed the point of the question in the tl;dr.

Basically, CDR is useful. The only "downside" of it is if you actually try to spam spells mindlessly.

I know how to manage Lee Sin, I just wanted to know if there was a different way. Thanks.
