League of Legends (LoL) Question: Season 3 Item - list

Hello people,

I have been searching the net with no luck, wondering if there is a page where i could find all the items on season 3, and if possible a comparison of S2 item vs its change on S3; for example: Previous Aegis of Legion Stats vs New Aegis of Legion Stats.

I know LOL page had a link with items, but last time i checked it didnt show all of em, and the contrast between items couldnt be done.
