League of Legends (LoL) Question: Team builder draft hybrid

So I don't like team builder because there's no opportunity to counterpick and no bans. And I don't like draft because you don't get the role you want (don't worry I play supp when i have to, I don't dodge) what about a game type where you select your lane and role and then enter matchmaking. Its the same as draft except theres no arguing over lanes. The only problem I can see is weird bottom lane assassins and such but I'm sure there's some way around this. So you get your role and you get bans and the opportunity to to counterpick/discuss team comps.
