Twisted Fate Itemization

I've seen some people buy instead of as a first item. When is that a good option?
Is a viable item? Since TF doesn't have any mobility apart from and I thought that this could be a good option.
When is buying a good option?

In this season many things has been changed, one of the change is the twitsed fate's builds. Nowadays, they build instead of . In my opinion it is a very good option instead of going of because he has been buffed to do burst damage and he is ranged so he doesnt really need as he can be always in the back in team fights. is build because he needs to do a lot of damage and further he also gets cooldown which is very much useless for this ultimate. You really dont need health as if you building tank, its not worth instead building damage helps.
I don't think really requires because it doesn't really gives mobility for as he is not a champion who has mobility.
So i would suggest not to buy any items which gives him mobility.
Every items you buy depends on the enemy team and whether you are fed or not. Try to build according to what you need whether damage, amour, magic resist like that
