League of Legends (LoL) Question: Website Issues

What's the issues with this site? I've been trying to update my profile information for 10 minutes. Each time I click Update, it resets all the information i've entered. The only reason I'm even doing this is because the website won't let me log into my old account & when I ask for a password reset link, it doesn't send to my email. It's been 2 days since I requested a password reset & it still hasn't shown up in my Spam/Trash/Inbox folders. It's like the site is having a lazy weekend.
