Which is better: dodging a ranked game in champ select, or playing one with
This has happened to me twice so far:
I have to dodge 2 games almost one after the other because of trolls, people who didnt pay attention, or people who refuse to cooperate. Because of this, I'm essentially losing 13 LP every time I do so. But, I dont want to risk losing 40+ LP out of the two games. Yeah, you can say its an easy choice to make, but after awhile, you say to your self "Should I just go for it?". You obviously cant do it all the time, because the leave buster system will eventually lay the hammer down on you.

I played with a guy named "GeneralAwesome" in my promotions late at night with my friend. I was first against him and he just fed us alone to win the game. For the next 4 games, he was in my team and I lost 3 out of the games soloely because of him. We (me and my friend) didn't dodge even after meeting him for the 4th time, it was actually kinda hilarious and we laughed our ***es off. We ended up winning the 4th game.
Ranked players at the lower ELO's are apparently the MOST susceptible to non-meta play due to being SO locked into routine.
DODGING DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR ELO, ALTHOUGH LOSING DOES. Taking a few chances with people can absolutely murder your elo and make your next few wins +17 LP instead of the +25-+30 you would have gotten if you had just dodged instead.
