    why is athene's ryze guide not in the high elo tab?

    the latest guide in the high elo tab is yodatv's jarvan guide. what is missing is athene's new ryze guide though.
    i don't want to start a discussion about athene or his guide with this question, i am just wondering.

    Because it's not a guide, it's just a build.

    A build =/= a guide.

    He's not high elo. His MMR is in the gold/silver range. If we featured every gold/silver guide in the high elo tab then it would be rather meaningless.

    MMR= matchmaking rating = hidden elo
