Good list, the only thing, there's no Morde in the list. It would be just interesting to see him in the list

Havent updated it for 8.5 so as soon as i work out the changes and spikes then i will update it.

I defiantly agree with almost everything on this tier list, well done :D Only thing I disagree with (probably because I play in NA) is the Caitlyn and Lucian play rate, and the Morgana and Vi in the below average tier. Also, I don't know if this this a mistake or not, but Fiddlesticks is on two tiers (Below average and Weak tiers). Other than that, you must have spent a lot of time on this tier list! Keep up the great work :D

Fiddle is listed for Jungle and Support.

I'm being serious because Its done by win-rate rate and champion performance.

You can't base a tier list off of winrates, that's not how it works. Are you even looking at the same patch? For example, Galio LeBlanc below average, Vayne Zed Sion Nasus Nami god tier, Ahri Veigar Shaco Bard strong... AZIR average??? Those are just several examples that come to mind. You can't claim for this to be an up to date tier list and get it this wrong.

I dont see how im getting it wrong when they are based on wirates and champions performace as time progresses.

And im not just looking at one website IE: OP.gg - Im looking at multiple and taking the averages and sorting them that way.

Because then you'd actually be aware of just how much wrong there is in it. If a champion is popular, for example, it will often have a low winrate because they'll be picked often (players in all brackets playing them because they're strong can mean lower winrate). High winrate but low pick rate means those champions are primarily played by their mains/one tricks. All that doesn't give the full picture of how strong a certain pick is. Your verdict on how strong many of the champions are just makes it look like you don't even play the game yourself lol

You should probably include Skarner into the Strong Tier as he's one of the best picks for a jungler you can get, besides Warwick ofcourse.

With how good the junglers in the above picks are i find him to be a situational pick, Hence why i have stuck him in the current tier.

I can point you to a few players that just massacre the enemy team with Skarner in challenger if you want. Take a look at Pants are Dragon for example. This is exactly why I'd suggest you include Skarner into the Strong Tier as he is indeed one of the stronger junglers, be it low division or high, he works every time.

Last patch i had them in strong due to the win-rate they had, But now they have dropped to 52% on average on all regions so i moved them down a tier.

Fair enough,fair enough, I'll give you this one, even though 52% is still extremely good, but don't just look at the winrate a champion has because that's not all there is to it.

Ok list, but i disagree with some things you listed,I think you didnt put some champions on their right places. Ill try to tell you everything i disagree with, think about it, I am right for atleast 50% of things Ill list now!

Lets start from the the bottom
(guys dont ban Evelyn, there are much stronger champs to ban)

"weak": ok, here i disagree with Pantheon, Ivern, Rengar and Elise
my opinion: Pantheon, Ivern and Elise(just cause she is hard to play)-"avrage"
Rengar-"good"
Lets move to the "bellow avrage": I disagree with: Cho Gath, Graves, Zilean, Jax, Rek Sai, YI and Vi maybe Orn(but not quite sure)
What do I think: Zilean-"weak"
Orn-"Avrage"
Cho Gath, Jax, Yi and Vi-"strong"
Rek Sai and Graves-"good"
moving to "Avrage" Disagreements: Ramus, Tahm Kench, Jayce, Irelia, Rakan and Hecarim (you putted Rengar twice)
_Ramus, Rakan, Jayce and Tahm Kench-"strong"
Hecarim and Irelia-good
"Good"- Here I disagree with: Udyr, Fizz, Jax, Xin, Malzahar, and Azir (did you put some champions more times on purpes for some reason? )
