Description

This are, in my opinion, the best champions in each position based on my personal experience, and is based off of 3 things:
1)what kind of role do they serve in a team composition?
2)how are they in team fights and 1v1's?
3)Skill ceiling/ease of learning
4) fun factor.

Top Lane

all 5 of these champions, with the exception of Darius and Fiora, are bruisers who can do really well and have the best dueling power, are amazing split pushers, and are decent in team fights, Garen being the highlight.Fiora has the highest skill ceiling but the best dueling power. Garen is the best bruiser and can be easily learned. Kled is just fun as hell. Tahm Kench, at least when i play him top, is the scariest tank alive imo and does really well against tank comps and can do decently well against assassins if you play your cards right. Darius is an amazing bruiser and functions as something akin to a bulldozer with spikes on the sides and on the blade section, only problem is he's poor against ranged top laners (jayce, Vayne, Quinn).

Mid Lane

Karthus is one of my favourites and i love the spam he can pull off.Lux originally was a very powerful mid laner until she got shafted to support, and she is amazing in team fights.Orianna i consider to be a better Lux with a higher skill ceiling.Sylas is one of the best anti-AP assassins out there, and considering assassins are dominating the meta right now, he's going to see a lot more play, especially from me.Ziggs was one of my first mid laners, and he is amazing at long to mid range engagements, the satchel charge is great for zone control and he's just fun to playVlad is a wierd cookie because he's basically an AP Mundo but better, his skill ceiling is actually a lot higher than people give him credit for and he is amazing at shutting down assassins.

Jungle

this is my least played position so forgive me.Warwick, best hunter in the game, one of, if not the best ambushers in the game as well.Yi, i would say he's the best starting jungle champ, he's in this little niche hell because of a lot of things, but he is really good at taking out squishesKayn, very adaptable, you can go rhaast and play lethality, or play shadow and do lifesteal, he's a really fun champ despite what a lot of people will tell you.Nocturne is the one i play when im on a losing streak and they have a teemo top lane. Nocturne's ultimate, combined with the power of lifesteal and attack speed, can demolish almost any squishy champs, his ultimate is great for isolating lone players and when i play him, i embody fear and terror to its fullest.

ADC

This is the most demanding position and the one that gets the short end of the stick quite a bit, but this is offset by having a support to back you up and take hits for you, if you wanna play adc, play with a friend is the best advice i can give. Caitlyn is the best long ranged Adc and probably has one of the best ults in game, pair her with a thresh or a Morgana and you will have the time of your life.Lucian was the first champion i ever got to mastery 5, his skill ceiling is massive and his dmg output is amazing.Miss Fortune is the best mid range duelist style ADC, she has just the right amount of everything in her kit.Vayne is a very specialized adc, but the best one by far, she shreds tanks and assassins amazingly well, but DONT play her in top lane, i hate seeing that.

Support

seriously guys, give these players respect, theyre the ones who keep the ADC alive (most of the time).Blitz. Dont need to say anything.Braum: he is the reason why I'm scared of the Pringles guy.Morgana: Black shield is amazing and her zone control is awesome.Nautilus: the tankiest support out there and hits like a truck.Thresh: he's a very underrated support, and for god sake, click on the damm lantern!Sona and soraka are tied as being the best healer supports, Sona has area heals, Soraka has targeted heals.In my experience, Rakan is okay but he is difficult to learn, and i dont play him a lot since he often gets paired up with Xayah (who i dispise)

Just a tip for your next tier list (or if you decide to update this one), you can put notes on each individual champion so then you don't have gigantic text blocks for your descriptions.
I agree with most of these tiers excluding Master Yi. He's good in really low elo since many people don't know how to invade, have good vision of him, counter him, etc. but there are much better picks than Master Yi in many elos.

Ok, first of all, the description of your tiers is too long so I decided to skip reading it and analyze on my own what made you select those champions xD to be honest, not much of an analysis, it makes perfect sense, those champions are the best for reals! Haven't tried all of them, maybe you should include Leona in support

hmm, all good but I don't think Nocturne belongs there. I main him with over 600k total points. His winrate is below 50% and he's not so good in high elos. His an assassin with a way to go in and no way to get out. One of the best thing about him is that he can build many different items so he may not end up as a squishy but would still suffer so much specially in late game. Recently he's been doing better in lanes and created TopTurnes and MidTurnes which both have higher winrates than him.
he's good but I don't think he belongs as TOP4 or something.
same for Master Yi. he snowballs low elo and lose high elo.

as far as i know, Nocturne is one of the few that can actually counter kha'zix if im not mistaken, but i mainly play nocturne when theres an enemy teemo.
i dont play yi at all so i cant speak for him, and these are who i think are the best in each position.

hmm, countring Kha'Zix pretty much depends on if you can block his first Q with your W and kill him before he jumps away. because of his jumps Nocturne can't use R on him (if he does, kha simply jumps away so the best option is to wait for him to jump and then use R to catch him).
Kha'Zix still remains so strong against him because of his 1v1 power and the fact that he has more mobility (jump+invisibility). his Cooldowns are also shorter so he can waste noc's abilities without being too much worried.
