Acutally extremly unbalanced Ranger champions
the cancer no one wants

still cancerous but not broken (or not as much as the ones above)

why do they even exists!? I mean not even mana cost

acutally the only decent toplane design for a rang
still annoying but at least they're fair champions if not the only thing they offer for their team is annoyance (gnar have some stuns but that's not the point)
