Hey Flying Wailord (again x)),

this tier list isn't about buffing or nerfing champions in general but for showing stronger and weaker picks.
That said, I absolutely agree with you that funneling is way too strong at the moment and I'm sure Riot is already tinkering at a fix - at least I hope so. :b
Yorick is pretty strong but not really a very frequent pick (at least in my elo) so I'm guessing he's doing fine and we both know that split-pushing alone isn't winning games.
I don't think Blitzcrank needs to be nerfed, to be honest. He's been a typical game maker ever since his release and there's always methods to counter his (e.g. Spell Shield, Black Shield, Banshee's Veil or dodging in general to name a few). Kled's movement speed boost of his ult for the whole team is ridiculous and Sett feels strong but he's supposed to be easy to play. So minor nerfs should be fine in my opinion.
That may be true, I never really got into playing Qiyana to be honest, but I think that hard to play champs should feel a bit more rewarding once you've mastered playing them. But I trust your judgement here then. :]
