OTG's Top Lane Solo Queue Tier List Patch 7.11

Well, I have to disagree with your tiers.I am not going to dig deep with many champions, I will just have to pick one as example. And I am talking about Kayle since I usually play her. I mean she really is not that useful in early game and sometimes even in mid game especially if she was not helped by JGL, but truly the damage she does is so useful and her are as useful as well. So...
Anyways you have written this 3 years ago so maybe this has changed a little now :>

I could not agree more on your first tier, because I cannot recall the amount of times I've gotten frustrated by those champions with their insane damage >.<

I like the tier list but a dont agree with your whole tier 4; you sad "Garbage can tier" but all of those champions are good on top (except Xin Zhao and Shyvana).
But of all those champions, I need to ask you about Kayle; she has a lot of rang (easy poking since most of top-lanners are malee), fine sustain, some cc, ms buff, huge damage late game, and her ult is also so great, so why did you call her garbage?

What are your thoughts on new Urgot? Personally I think he's Tier 2 and given the chance he will obliterate the enemy laner. Fits with most team comps as well.

I neglected to add Lulu because she's such a good support right now. But I can add her.

As for the other stuff, I'm going by observation not from my own games, but watching others, as well as slightly based off LCS picks. (Only very slightly)

But yeah, I honestly don't even know what is most played at the moment given how out of date I am on the game, but aren't there a little too many champions that you rate as tier 1? It's ridiculously hard for a Riven to get her job done because of how easily she can get shut down and there needs to be a form of heavy engage on her team. Kennen's win condition is split pushing, which isn't the most reliable in solo queue.

There's a lot of other stuff that just straight up doesn't fit, like Kayle being rated lower than Heimerdinger, Karma being so high up, just to name a few. You have to take into account that a lot of the stuff you see perform well (mostly in regard to niche picks) is mostly because the people they're facing don't have the slightest clue how to approach that lane, or are just generally inexperienced. People in silver, for example, wouldn't know how to react to a Riven cheesing them even if it happened to them literally 10 games in a row.
