This is a pretty good tier list. I think it could use some more pizzazz and style. Also, Zac and Skarner are amazing junglers for their godlike tankiness and utility. Trundle is definetly not Tier 1, as he just does not fit in the current meta and gets destroyed by other fighter junglers like Lee Sin and Jarvan IV. Nidalee is not that good either, and only does well into a small number of junglers. Nocturne is just not good compared to champs like Yi, and Xin Zhao isn't either ever since Stormrazor got reworked. Qiyana cannot be a jungler simply becuase she has no reliable sustain in the jungle, and works better in lane to get more solid leads. Rammus jungle is amazing and is definetly a tier 2. Aatrox is not viable in the jungle at all because of his nerfs, and the list goes on. I'm sorry to say, but this tier list definetly needs some more work. If you need help with it, I will be here to assist you.

Trundle is hands down best 1v1 fighter - loses to kite but not engagers (like lee/jarvan)
Xin never built stormrazor nor should he
Nocturne is more impactful than Yi (although yi is a low elo stomper)
Qiyana is a high skill capped champion that can play in the jungle. Clever use of Talisman and you're good to go! (Did you know that you can kite blue buff with superior range with one point in your W? Who knew?)
Aatrox is more viable in jungle than in lane due to his nerfs (Nerfed lane Aatrox not jungle)

I'll give you Rammus - He is in a good spot right now. With the 9.19 Buffs Zac will likely be moving up the ranks given his increased sustain but is also very dependent on followup from your team.

I don't know if you are trolling or something, but there is no way that is amazing or even "in good spot". His early game is so exploitable, you can repeat invade him, over and over again. Also, you can just pick early game jungler like Xin, J4 or Nunu and win all 3 lanes before he comes online on level 9 with junglers item boots and bramble west.
Talking about being best duelist, I partially agree but you forgot on my man .

Hey Pyroen,
I'd like to share some of my thoughts on your tier list. :]

I agree with almost everything except for and being in the bottom tier. I just came across an insane who could even dive our ADC without even losing a third of her health bar. It clearly felt broken at that time and although she's a pretty uncommon pick, I'd clearly see her a bit higher up.
Same goes for in my opinion. The dragon lady is pretty strong, maybe not as strong as others, but in my eyes she's balanced which is why people probably stopped playing her too frequently. But she still has a lot of potential in her, so I'd say tier 2 or 3.
But that's just my opinion. Let me know what you think. :)

Thanks for the Feedback - I've also played against Poppy/Shyvana's that absolutely dominated.. But those are few and far between. Most the time if there is a Shyvana picked in my game it is an absolute smash. Poppy brings a fair amount of utility/tankyness but is relegated to tier 4. Not unplayable but needs the proper comp to pop off. (both on her team and enemy team)
