Top lane tier list Patch 8.16

Tier list for top lane champions Summoner's Rift. I do not endorse using a tier list as an excuse for losing to better champions. This tier list is purely informative. Remember that the most important factor in which teams wins is always relative skill. The champions in each tier are in no particular order; the champs are roughly equally good. If there's any top lane champion that I missed, just assume that it is in the suspicious category (such as Vayne, who does not see enough play to be considered a toplaner).
